The on-site reverse osmosis (RO) plant using a stainless-steel vessel from another supplier had begun to corrode and fail due to contact with saline well water after only several years of operation.
Eden Excel FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) filtration vessels resist the wear and tear of brackish water, filter out salt and other particulates, protect expensive downstream equipment, and continue to run efficiently without impairment. The project delivered better performance at a greatly reduced operating expense compared with the previous stainless-steel configuration.
For golf course and club facilities treating brackish well water, corrosion-resistant FRP vessels provide a durable prefiltration stage ahead of reverse osmosis and other treatment equipment.
