The Eden Excel® XL1 series wound cartridge filter - The Screener® - has been specifically designed as a general purpose unit that can be used in all industrial applications requiring gross particle removal, clarification, or nominal filtration.

The controlled diamond pattern increases the internal density. This technique produces a graded pore structure and tortuous flow passage, subjecting particles to an endless process of impaction and sieving action on the internal media matrix.

Particulate capture occurs throughout the depth of The Screener® from surface to center core. Standard media and cores have a wide range of chemical compatibility, provide significany high temperature resistance, and provide long life and dependability in a wide variety of process applications; however, it is not available in single open end.

The cartridges are manufactured to comply with industry accepted dimensions and are available in both single and double open end configurations. A full range of pore sizes allows optimization to your specific process stream.

The "FDA polypropylene" series are manufactured from materials that meet the FDA material specifications.

The Eden Excel® XL1 series can be manufactured in a variety of materials. We are also happy to address any custom needs you may have.
